Reports are surfacing that the person of interest in the Jennifer Hudson family homicides was arrested over the summer.Parole records show that William Balfour was arrested for drug possession in June, The Associated Press reports.
Balfour has since been on parole and missed his meeting with his parole agent on Friday – the day Hudson's mother and brother were killed.
Balfour is the husband to Hudson's sister, Julia Hudson, but they are separated. He is currently being held on parole violation.
