Paul Newman and Robert Redford were magnificent together because they shared and played off each others same sly and irreverant sense of humor.
Paul Newman died of cancer yesterday at 83 years old but I will always remember him as Butch Cassidy turning to his buddy Robert Redford ( The Sundance Kid ) as they watched a relentless posse closing in on them as they perched in hiding high up on a cliff ~ overlooking a surging river below them. " Who are those guys " Butch exclaims as they get ready to jump into the river far below them.
